Data Collection

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The processing of personal data regularly occurs only with the consent of the user or in cases where obtaining prior consent is not possible for factual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by legal provisions.

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of server request, and IP address. This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources.

Registration and Customer Account

When registering for our SaaS platform, we collect personal data such as name, email address, and company data. Processing is carried out for contract fulfillment in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. The data is stored for the duration of the business relationship and beyond in accordance with legal retention obligations.

Contact Form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. Processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract initiation) or Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in processing inquiries).

Payment Processing

For payment processing, we use external payment service providers. The data collected is used exclusively for payment processing. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment).

Our Role as SaaS Provider

As Data Controller

We are the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR for the processing of data of our website visitors, registered users, and customers (e.g., contact inquiries, newsletter subscriptions, customer accounts).

As Data Processor

Within the framework of our SaaS platform, we process personal data on behalf of our customers (tenants). In this case, our customers are the data controllers, and we act as a data processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Data processing is based on a data processing agreement (DPA).

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that your browser automatically creates and stores on your device. Cookies do not cause any damage to your device and do not contain viruses, trojans, or other malware. Technically necessary cookies are set based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. For all other cookies, we obtain your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Analytics Tools
